All Inclusive Beach Vacations

As the credit crunch continues to bite, all inclusive beach vacations are getting ever more popular. This is because buying food and drink in resorts has always had the potential to run up some big bills, and as the holiday companies themselves struggle to keep up with costs, they have to, or choose to pass on the increases to the customer.

This can lead to the price of a drink raising eyebrows and making you think twice. When that drink is only water, and you are in the baking heat with small children for example, it can be a struggle to keep viewing your vacation as 'fun'.

There are usually different levels of all inclusive beach vacations available, even at the same resort, so it's well worth looking at them all and making a balanced decision about which suits you best. Most locations around the world will offer all inclusive in some form or another.

A basic package may include three meals a day, plus snacks, plus drinks. The alcoholic drinks may be limited to local beers and wines, with international brands still available, but charged at bar prices like normal. You may also find that drinks and snacks may only be available at certain times of the day.

If you go up the price scale you may find you get sporting activities included, maybe watersports, tennis, and so on. If you have smaller children, you may find that all they want to do is ride up and down the beach on a pony or donkey - if you can get this included in the all inclusive package, then everyone will be happy and your wallet can stay closed.

The next level up will include a regularly filled mini bar in your room, and imported famous international drinks brands.

Once you get up to the price bracket which literally does give you anything you want included in the price, it's important to be careful that you will actually use everything! For example, having a mini bar which is regularly restocked may sound ideal, but if you don't take advantage of it, you are effectively paying the extra for something you won't need.

All inclusive beach vacations work well for families with children, because it's the basics like soft drinks and snacks which would otherwise eat into your wallet all through the holiday, and with an all inclusive beach vacation you know you will only pay the agreed price of the vacation.
